Psychic Training | Lesson 2

Developing your Psychic Intuition

In the psychic world, if you throw a rock in any direction looking for information, you’ll find the word Intuition pops up a lot. This is because intuition is highly revered and important. Intuition is a knowing or understanding without prior exposure to whatever was perceived. It is as much internal as it is external, and it is intuition that most of the information acquired through means of ESP are gathered. It is regarded as a buffer of sorts between the knowledge of this world, and a higher knowing beyond. It is for this reason that when Intuition picks up on something, it often emerges as feelings, visions or an indescribable understanding.

We’ve all experienced that gut feeling before, that told us something was right, or wrong, for no apparent reason. Though, sometimes you find out it was wrong, but on the other hand, sometimes you find out it was right. But, if you’re interested in learning how to become psychic (more accurately training your already existing psychic abilities), picking up and working with your intuition more is important. But, how does one work with a gut feeling?

It’s about how you would guess. First, knowing yourself more helps loads here, and is why I listed meditation and awareness as lesson one. The more you know yourself, the more informed you are about yourself and can then make better decisions based on this.

Believing that your intuition can guide you to the answers you seek is important. Believing can encourage it to surface more often, and therefore you can exorcise it more often.

Trusting yourself helps as well. If your first instinct/gut feeling/intuitive response is negative towards something, then trust it and don’t do it, this also applies to the opposite.

If your intuition gives you an answer, follow up on it. See where it leads you when you follow it. This can help you fine-tune it more.

Don’t force your intuition to happen, there is nothing I have found when it comes to anything dealing with the mind or soul that you can force and have happen. Relax and let it come to you.

If you have a question, ask it to yourself, then quietly wait for an answer. Be patient about it, try not to think it up, just let it appear.

Just a little note. When people experience a moment of intuition, it is usually followed by a flurry of thoughts shortly after. Sometimes the gap between the intuition itself and the flurry of thoughts is almost none. Also, the thoughts are often closely related to the intuition itself as well, so in many cases, it may seem like it was just a single thought among the many. The intuition usually is what kicks starts it though, giving you an answer that may well not be what you wanted, and sometimes these thoughts that follow are filled with details that discourage you from listening to this inner-voice.

This is why I say follow up… if you do so and the results are surprisingly positive, then you will be more inclined to try and follow it more. But, even if the results are negative, you still gain from it. This is apart of the fine tuning process. It is said, “You learn more from failure then success“, this statement I have found to be very true.

Well, I think that should do it for Lesson 2 - Developing your Psychic Intuition.
Psychic Training Lesson 3 is next.
